The Scribando Book Launchpad connects great books with the people who help them reach more readers.
The story behind Scribando
Writing a great book is only half the battle.
Authors pour years into a manuscript, then watch it sit unnoticed and unread. The book is good. It just never reaches the readers it was written for.
In 1982, Naura Hayden published Astrological Love. Despite all her passion and effort, it sold 2,000 copies of a 5,000 print run, and the rest ended up in thrift stores. Years later a New York publisher came across the book, loved it, and republished it under a new title. Without changing a single word, it sold more than 2.5 million copies.
That story is why Scribando exists. How a book is presented and marketed matters as much as what’s inside it, and we make sure your hard work gets the spotlight it deserves.
Not a single word changed.
